Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lásca brand. Lásca offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By using the Site, the internet users agree to these terms of use.
 
IMPORTANT : Any order placed on the SITE necessarily implies the CLIENT's unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
 
GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
 
PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

All the items purchased on www.lasca.pt are for personal use only, and with no intention of resale. By placing your order on www.lasca.pt, you are certifying that you are buying Lásca products for your personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
 
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

The products are available exclusively online through the website www.lasca.pt in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
We are not responsible if the products we sell don't follow the current regulations of your country (Portugal and abroad).
The products available on the website are tested and function correctly in Portugal. We are not responsible if the products do not function in other parts of the world. PRICE

All our prices are indicated in Euros (€). The prices that are applied are the prices figuring on the site www.lasca.pt at the time when the order is placed.
Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of Portugal are entitled to import taxes and duty fees, based on the delivery country’s regulations.
We are not responsible for any custom duty, import tax, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
  
SHIPPING, IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY FEES

As the brand Lásca is based in Porto, Portugal, the items are shipped directly from Porto using UPS shipping services.
The arrival of the packages depends on the destination address. Please contact us to know more information about this. 
If a package is returned to Porto because the buyer did not claim it, Lásca doesn’t send replacements.
All shipments destined outside of Portugal are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Lásca has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. In accordance with Portuguese export regulations Lásca is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee.
 
RIGHT TO RETRACT, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Lásca, we want you to love your order. This is why we accept returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase, excluding initial shipping costs.
If you would like to request a return, please first send us an email to mariana@lasca.pt with your order number.
Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be given to you as soon as possible with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.
The costs for returning the package to us for both returns and exchanges is on the customers own expense.
We do not accept exchange of products. If you would like to order a different product, just place a new order, and we will get in contact with you to manage the return of your product.

This Privacy Policy outlines Lásca (" we ", " our " or " the Company ") practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website at www.lasca.pt (" Site ") or otherwise share personal information with us (collectively: " Users "). 

GROUNDS FOR DATA COLLECTION 

Processing of your personal information (i.e. any information which may potentially allow your identification through reasonable means; hereinafter " Personal Information ") is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.
When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and other uses of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We encourage our Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and use it to make informed decisions. 

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?  

We collect two types of data and information from Users. 
The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via your use of the Site (“ Non-personal Information ”). We are not aware of the identity of a User from which the Non-personal Information was collected. RETENTION

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable opportunity. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations. 
We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. THIRD-PARTY COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, nor to individuals whom we do not employ or manage, including any of the third parties which we may disclose information to as set out in this Privacy Policy. 

HOW DO WE SAFEGUARD YOUR INFORMATION?

We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and your information. We employ industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of the information we collect and retain, and prevent unauthorised use of any such information, and we require any third party to comply with similar security requirements, in accordance with this Privacy Policy . TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA

Please note that some data recipients may be located outside the EEA. In such cases we will transfer your data only to such countries as approved by the European Commission as providing adequate level of data protection, or enter into legal agreements ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

We may use your Personal Information such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc., ourselves or by using our third-party subcontractors, for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials concerning our services which we believe may interest you.  
To respect your right to privacy, within such marketing materials we provide you with the means to opt out of receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists. 
Please note that even if you have unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails from us, we may send you other types of important email communications without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. These may include customer service announcements or administrative notices.

CORPORATE TRANSACTION

We may share information in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g. sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale). In the event of the above, the transferee or acquiring company will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.

MINORS

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall we allow the use of our services by minors without prior consent or authorisation by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. UPDATES OR AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to periodically amend or revise the Privacy Policy; material changes will be effective immediately upon the display of the revised Privacy policy. The last revision will be reflected in the "Last modified" section. Your continued use of the Platform, following the notification of such amendments on our website, constitutes your acknowledgment and consent of such amendments to the Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by the terms of such amendments.
