HEADLIGHT | PITCH PINE

HEADLIGHT is a series of decorative table lamps designed by Lásca.

Each lamp has a cover made of transparent crackled beige glass that creates many reflexes in the atmospheres in which it stays. The glass cap is handmade. Therefore, each piece is unique and may sometimes not be very upright.

The wood base is handmade in Porto, designed to give support to the delicate glass that sits on it. The pitch pine wood used on this base comes from an old building in Porto that used to be the headquarters of the newspaper "O Primeiro de Janeiro" .

Therefore, these wood bases have some flaws that reveal their previous lives.
